Esta Norma contempla el procedimiento a seguir para la desincorporación del (los) cilindro (s) que presenten condiciones inseguras para su llenado y si por experticia por parte del Organismos Competente se califica el riesgo de continuar usándolo (s), su destrucción, debido a la alteración de sus marcas o números de identificación por procesos tales como: limado, esmerilado, mecanizado o cualquier otro método, dada la prohibición expresa de no remover, cambiar o alterar las marcas o números de identificación de los cilindros. |
