Esta Norma establece los requisitos que deben observarse en las edificaciones destinadas como residencias para personas adultos mayores a fin de que en éstas se garanticen las condiciones de habitabilidad para los usuarios, atendiendo a la circunstancia de la vejez que los residentes puedan presentar. A tal efecto, las residencias a las que se refiere esta norma deben evitar las barreras físicas y facilitar la accesibilidad y transitabilidad de los residentes con comodidad, autonomía y seguridad. |
