Esta Norma Venezolana establece los procedimientos recomendados a ser usados en la transferencia de halones 1211 y 1301, de un cilindro a otro, a fin de reducir las emisiones innecesarias a la atmósfera. Esta Norma también suministra recomendaciones e información relativa a la salud y seguridad de las personas encargadas de tales procedimientos. |
