Esta Norma Venezolana tiene por objeto describir un método para determinar el grado deslignificación de una pulpa de celulosa, mediante la medida de su consumo de cloro. Este método está relacionado con el de la determinación del grado de deslignificación de una pulpa mediante medida de su consumo de permanganato potásico. Sin embargo, no se encuentra restringido a pulpas con rendimiento inferior a 60 %. Existe una relación lineal entre el consumo de cloro y el contenido total de lignina, siendo independiente esta relación del procedimiento de fabricación de pulpa utilizado. Por ello, el método descrito, se aplica a cualquier tipo de pulpa. |
