La presente Norma Venezolana establece los requisitos mínimos que se deben cumplir en la construcción de equipos de izamiento móviles y sobre vagones, de forma tal que aseguren el cumplimiento de las funciones especificas para las cuales son construidos. Esta norma no contempla las grúas móviles montadas sobre unidades flotantes, ni aquellas que disponen de su norma COVENIN específica. |
