Esta Norma Venezolana tiene como objeto fijar las reglas, requisitos y prescripciones generales comunes al material de baja tensión definido en el numeral 1.2, incluyendo los siguientes:<br/>- las definiciones,<br/>- las características técnicas<br/>- las informaciones que acompañan el material<br/>- las condiciones normales de servicio de transporte y montaje<br/>- las condiciones anormales, tales como cortocircuito, y el comportamiento del material en tales condiciones.<br/>- los requisitos de construcción y del funcionamiento<br/>- la verificación de las características y del funcionamiento. |
