Esta norma describe el método para determinar el contenido de taninos condensados en muestras de granos de sorgo (Sorghum spp.), otras leguminosas (Fabaceae spp.), tales como habas, frijoles, alubias, soya, lentejas, garbanzo, así como también en uvas y sus derivados y otros alimentos que contengan estos compuestos. |
