Esta Norma Venezolana contempla la determinación del punto de goteo en grasas y aceites. Se aplica a grasas y aceites hidrogenados y no hidrogenados, que solidifican lo suficiente cuando se colocan a - 5oC o a una temperatura menor, durante el tiempo del ensayo. |
